Refund policy

We want you to love every product you purchase from us. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on used products or items marked as final sale.

Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
